COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

A month on...

Well, it's been quite a month! We have been receiving an unprecidented number of orders and enquiries and can only thank you for your continued support in these troubled times.  As a result of this and  reduced on-site staffing levels, we must point out that message response, order processing and dispatch schedules are longer than would usualy be the case.  We are handling everything in strict rotation and we will get around to contacting you, so please, please bear this in mind when submitting orders and enquiries.  As a guide (and as things stand) orders and messages are usually processed within 3 working days.  However because of the fast changing situation regarding both our and our suppliers stocks, it is possible that we will run out of items before we can update the website.  We will of course advise you when we process any order, if any item is currently unavailable and provide as realistic as possible a delivery schedule for your approval.

We should also stress at this point, that the postal service is clearly under considerable strain and delivery times for both 1st and 2nd class appear to be extended.  We obviously have no control over this, so please take this in to account when considering whether you should be chasing up any order.  We can't treat a package as lost until 2 weeks have elapsed from dispatch and will of course replace any items that are lost.  In our experience, the vast majority of items are arriving however, albeit somewhat behind schedule.

So, in summation, we continue to process and dispatch orders and are back to doing this Mon-Fri but, with reduced on-site staff levels, it may take a few days before we can get around to this and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
