COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Lockdown 2

We realise we haven't updated for a while, which us basicaly because nothing much has changed here.  We continue to operate on-line only but this second lockdown has meant that on site staffing levels have again been reduced as a precaution. This will inevitably have an impact on our response times, both for order turnaround and message replies.

We very much appreciate the patience shown by everyone to date and would ask for your continued understanding in the run up to Christmas.  We will do all we can to get orders turned around as quickly as possible - our main issue remains the difficulty in obtaining supply of many models of sewing machine but we hope some of these will start to become available again shortly.

If you have sent us a message, we will get around to answering it but it may be a few working days before this is done.  Our priority remains the processing and dispatch of orders, when stock is available - we are still amazed by the sheer number of both orders and messages we are receiving.
